Full Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Palliative Medicine Physician who is board eligible/board certified in Adult Palliative care to join as a full time attending.

SUNY Upstate Medical University's Palliative Care Program provides high quality consultative Palliative Care across various inpatient and outpatient settings. We have over 25 faculty and staff on our consultation teams. Our intradisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and chaplains. We provide direct patient care along with a significant teaching effort for all staff, students, and providers. We are an enthusiastic and supportive team that has grown and thrived for over twenty years.

The beautiful Central New York Finger Lakes region offers excellent schools, affordable housing, numerous recreational and social activities, and beautiful seasonal weather.

Minimum Qualifications:
MD or foreign equivalent, BC/BE in Internal Medicine, NYS license or eligible

Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship trained in Palliative Care

Work Days:
Monday through Friday daytime hours with rotating on-call

Salary Range/Pay Rate:
DOQ
