Position Overview:
  • Location: Central New York (Syracuse area / offices in Camillus, North Syracuse, and East Syracuse)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Daytime hours, no weekends, or on-call requirements)
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range ($115,000 to $160,000) based on experience, with comprehensive benefits.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 - payable in two installments


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, physical assessments, and diagnostics for patients suffering from acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal pain.
  • Develop and manage multi-disciplinary, individualized treatment plans including medication management, therapeutic interventions, and coordination with physical therapy and behavioral health.
  • Assist with or perform minor in-office procedures and coordinate interventional treatments alongside our team of board-certified pain physicians and physiatrists.
  • Educate patients on risk factors, treatment goals, and safe medication practices while maintaining thorough and compliant electronic medical records (EMR).


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current, active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • DEA registration and active prescriptive authority in New York.
  • Previous clinical experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, or physiatry is strongly preferred; dedicated new graduates with strong clinical rotations in specialty care will be considered.
