$97,760.00 - $131,976.00
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
In an inpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership
FT 40 hour D/E/N position available, primarily days and evenings with 8 &12 hour shifts. On-call responsibilities for weekends and holidays per unit requirements.
We're seeking an energetic and team-oriented Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). In this role, you'll provide leadership support, engaging in direct patient care, coordinating unit education, promoting staff development, and ensuring hospital compliance.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about fostering team excellence. You'll collaborate closely with all healthcare team members to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to patient care for a diverse population. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position. To qualify, you should have 2-3 years of clinical practice, preferably in a PACU or ICU setting.
