Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience• Experience in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management experience, specifically with Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Inventory Management Cloud experience.
• Experience in leading at least two full-cycle, client-facing Oracle WMS Cloud implementations from requirements through hypercare.
• Experience in end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, validated through direct floor-level engagement.
• Experience in integrating WMS Cloud with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (INV, OM).
• Experience in working knowledge of barcode, RF devices, and warehouse automation concepts.
• Experience overseeing data migration, master data setup, and reporting deliverables.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Certification.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management System.
• Order Management Cloud experience and Warehouse Management System experience.
• Experience with high-volume or automated warehouse environments.
• Exposure to global/multi-country warehouse rollouts.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
