- Provide telehealth visits to established patients and manage clinical inbox for care coordination
- Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
- Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
- Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Minimum Requirements:- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- PA or FNP designation with AZ license eligibility
- Minimum (1) year of experience as a PA or FNP in a primary care setting
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
