Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to engage prospective clients
  • Convert warm leads into clients through effective consultation
  • Guide clients in making informed insurance decisions
  • Respond promptly to client requests for quotes and information
  • Schedule appointments for consultations with potential clients
  • Track and manage personal sales metrics using the company scorecard
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the sales process

This is a US-based position that requires either a 220 or 20-44 License.

  • A comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products, carriers, and pre-underwriting knowledge
  • Highly responsive and proactive skills in handling inbound calls and appointments
  • The ability to effectively guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs
  • The drive to be proactive and assertive, especially between calls and appointments, by reaching out to prospective clients who have requested quotes
  • Strong communication and responsiveness in following up on requests for information or quotes
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively, managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to urgent requests, handling text messages, and managing emails efficiently
