Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of overhead crane operators and support personnel to safely achieve production objectives.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and safe operating procedures
  • Drive daily execution by managing workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet customer and operational commitments.
  • Conduct regular floor presence (Gemba) to identify safety concerns, remove barriers, and support employees.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, downtime, and labor efficiency.
  • Hold employees accountable through timely coaching, feedback, performance discussions, and recognition.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Shipping, and other departments to ensure efficient material flow and customer service.
  • Manage attendance, scheduling, overtime and staffing to meet business needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial operations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with overhead crane operations, material handling, or logistics.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Summary Pay Range: $71,150 - $109,100
