Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of overhead crane operators and support personnel to safely achieve production objectives.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and safe operating procedures
- Drive daily execution by managing workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet customer and operational commitments.
- Conduct regular floor presence (Gemba) to identify safety concerns, remove barriers, and support employees.
- Monitor key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Hold employees accountable through timely coaching, feedback, performance discussions, and recognition.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Shipping, and other departments to ensure efficient material flow and customer service.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, overtime and staffing to meet business needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial operations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with overhead crane operations, material handling, or logistics.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $71,150 - $109,100
