Pay Range: $73,000 to $90,500 plus uncapped commission

POSITION PURPOSEThe Outside Sales Associate will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. They should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and professionalism. They will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES- Support current and potential customers by providing expert product knowledge and general customer assistance.
- Generate new customer leads through inbound, lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with various client audiences.
- Travels 50% of the time.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Gallegos products using presentations and promotions in order to close sales.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and all necessary departments.
- Maintain all databases.
- Supply management with reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Correctly and thoroughly input customer data and reports to reflect current sales interactions.
- Answering questions to overcome resistance and objections, quoting prices, negotiating with customers and closing the sale.
- Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times.
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
CERTICATIONS- Valid Colorado Drivers license at the time of hire.
COMPUTER/TYPING- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, cost accounting and inventory systems.
LANGUAGE ABILITY- Must have a working knowledge of the English language to communicate with other crew members, customers, etc.
