What You'll Do- Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling + in-person visits)
- Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
- Secure recurring service agreements
- Attend networking events and generate referrals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM
