Position Overview

Empowered is seeking an accomplished, impeccably polished, and exceptionally connected Outside Luxury Sales Executive to elevate our presence throughout Southern California. This highly visible, relationship-driven role is designed for a sophisticated business development professional who thrives on cultivating meaningful connections, opening influential doors, and becoming the preferred transportation advisor to discerning clientele and elite referral partners.

This is not an inside sales position. You will represent the Empowered brand in the field, cultivating strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving new business growth. What You'll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

Drive new business acquisition through strategic in-person prospecting and high-level networking.
Cultivate relationships with executive assistants, office managers, corporate leaders, HR executives, and other influential decision-makers.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, wedding and event professionals, destination management companies, travel advisors, country clubs, and private aviation providers.
Coordinate and deliver compelling in-person presentations that showcase the Empowered experience.
Represent the brand at networking events, chamber functions, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities while maintaining a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

Territory Management

Oversee and expand an assigned Southern California territory with a strategic growth mindset.
Develop targeted business development plans aligned with ideal client profiles.
Conduct regular account visits and thoughtful follow-up to deepen engagement.
Maintain a strong presence among key referral partners and industry influencers.
Accurately document activities, opportunities, and next steps within the CRM platform.

Relationship Development

Serve as a trusted advisor and transportation resource for your portfolio of accounts.
Deliver an elevated, white-glove experience before, during, and after the sale.
Foster enduring relationships that generate repeat business and valued referrals.
Educate partners on Empowered's service offerings, operational excellence, and uncompromising standards.
