Location: Annapolis Junction, MD | Onsite Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $159,000-$177,000

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance
  • Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance
  • Support other help desk technicians when advanced assistance is needed
  • Deliver concise operational updates to customer teams
  • Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs
  • Maintain and update the ticket-tracking system

What You Bring

  • High school diploma

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $159,000-$177,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
