T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Outreach SME4 to work on a program in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
This Position Is An Onsite Role
Provide direct user support for AEA Tools, assisting with account administration and monitoring system and network status. You will interact with users via phone, VTC, email, chat, and online platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SpySpace to ensure timely, accurate support.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance.
Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance.
Support other help desk technicians when advanced assistance is needed.
Deliver concise operational updates to customer teams.
Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs.
Maintain and update the ticket-tracking system.
In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
