Description

RiVidium is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Program Manager to lead Task 2 delivery for the MODES III effort. This position will oversee all outreach and engagement personnel, performance, and program ideation, while guiding integrated communications, stakeholder engagement, brand and content support, digital strategy, and public-facing campaign execution. The ideal candidate brings strong Government or enterprise communications leadership experience and knows how to translate audience insight into measurable engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for all outreach and engagement personnel and Task 2 activities.
  • Guide integrated communications, stakeholder affairs, digital strategy, media relations, and public engagement execution.
  • Make recommendations to the Government regarding schedules, staffing, performance, and outreach priorities.
  • Oversee development of communication plans, campaign support, content coordination, and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare responses to Government questions, issues, and concerns related to outreach and engagement performance.
  • Ensure Task 2 delivery aligns with program goals, audience needs, and measurable engagement objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Eight or more years of experience managing Government communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
  • Five or more years of experience in outreach and engagement management involving brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and web/social media operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
  • Favorably adjudicated Tier 3 investigation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in outreach and engagement, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Five or more years leading content development and creative services, including visual design, multimedia production, and digital accessibility compliance.
  • Five or more years developing targeted campaigns for a user base of one million or more.
  • Current PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
