Job Description:- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus
- Schedule: Fulltime Weekday Monday - Friday
- Location: Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab, 2200 Fowler Grove Blvd Winter Garden, FL 34787
- The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
- Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
- Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
- Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Entry level competency of physical therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies [Required]
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
Education:Field of Study:Work Experience:- Experience in treating Pelvic injury patients [Preferred]

Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.
