Tufts Medicine - Lowell General Hospital is currently seeking an outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in Chelmsford, MA.
This position will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, manage, and optimize treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac disease. The position focuses on improving cardiovascular outcomes, supporting chronic disease management, and enhancing patient quality of life.
How You'll Transform Patient Care- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of cardiology conditions in the outpatient setting

Who you are:- Cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, or related advanced practice experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program
- Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class patient satisfaction and support
- Current certification in CPR required

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $120,000 to $156,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
