Location: Oberlin, Kansas

Pay: Salary based on experience | $15,000 ENHANCED SIGN-ON BONUS! [awarded in increments: $5k- 90 days; $5k- 6 months; $5k- 1 year]

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide psychopharmacological services, including prescribing medications in accordance with written protocols.
  • Conduct psychiatric and physical assessments, history-taking, and differential diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient.
  • Monitor patient symptoms and medication side effects.
  • Serve as the primary point of referral for medical evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Offer crisis intervention and management of chronic mental health issues.
  • Educate patients and families on prevention and treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
