  • Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM for organized sales activity.
  • Collaborate with Service Department for smooth installation and project delivery.
  • Stay current on outboard technologies and competitive trends.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

We9re expanding our Grand Prairie team and looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Outboard Sales & Repower Specialist who shares our passion for performance, customer service, and the marine lifestyle.

What You9ll Do
  • Consult with customers to determine the right outboard or repower solution for their boat.
  • Sell and manage complete repower projects - from estimate to installation coordination.
  • Use your expertise in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other major outboard brands to guide customers confidently.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust, service, and results.
  • Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure timely responses and organized sales activity.
  • Collaborate with our Service Department to ensure smooth installation timelines and professional project delivery.
  • Stay current on new outboard technologies, promotions, and competitive trends.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
