Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Bethany at Pacific & Everett Transitional Care Services
$53-58/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company

Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Bethany at Pacific and Everett Transitional Care Services, both located inside Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.

Whether you're a new grad looking for strong mentorship or an experienced OT looking for autonomy and a sustainable caseload, this is a great place to grow and stay long-term.

If you're looking for a SNF role with stability, strong support, and protection from unrealistic facility pressure, this is a great fit. Independence Rehab is a small, therapist-owned company that manages therapy operations independently - meaning we advocate for our clinicians and value strong clinical judgment.
