Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at
Bethany at Pacific and Everett Transitional Care Services, both
located inside Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.Whether you're a
new grad looking for strong mentorship or an

Training + OnboardingWe don't believe in the "sink or swim" approach.
New therapists receive:
- Strong integration and onboarding
- 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations
- Customized clinical training based on your experience
- Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed
What You'll DoAs the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population across SNF and Transitional Care, including:
- Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
- Transfer training (all levels)
- Fall prevention and safety training
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Supervision of a COTA (as needed)
- Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements- Current Washington State OT license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited OT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a COTA
- SNF experience preferred - but not required. New grads are welcome, and we provide structured training and mentorship.
