$42-$46/HRFull-time As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for residents, working to help them achieve functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents based on their medical diagnoses.
- Implement treatment plans to improve residents' goals toward functional independence.
- Assess and document residents' progress in detailed re-certifications, progress reports, and daily notes.
- Maintain resident confidence by ensuring the confidentiality of all information. Maintain documentation of resident care services by auditing resident and department records.
- Assume responsibility for clinically supervising occupational therapy assistants. Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to related documentation.
- Plan, develop, and organize OT-related reports and data tracking as directed by the Rehab Director.
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist License.
