Full Job Description
Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon who is board-eligible/board-certified and fellowship-trained in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery.

The candidate will join a well-established, multispecialty orthopedics team in the beautiful community of Spokane, Washington. This highly supportive and collegial group of fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons possess subspecialty training and are willing to mentor and support new physicians. An exciting growth opportunity to join a large, state-of the art 700-bed level II trauma center as part of a robust and multispecialty trauma group.

Here you will experience a full array of shoulder and elbow surgery cases. Ideal candidates will be eager to work on challenging cases in a team-oriented environment. Position Details:
  • Full-time position
  • 5 trauma calls per month expected: 24-hour call shifts, guaranteed post call trauma rooms
  • Academic involvement with medical students, PA students, and family/internal medicine residents
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation is between $646,834 and $900,088 per year
  • Offering hiring bonuses, generous provider time away, CME, and relocation assistance
  • No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

  • Must have shoulder & elbow surgery fellowship training, or currently be in fellowship
