As part of CommonSpirit Memorial, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization and proud member of CommonSpirit Health, you will be integral to a continuum of care that includes specialized services in orthopedics and rehabilitation, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence. Your schedule will include participation in a 1-in-7 call rotation, ensuring balanced coverage and support.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care.
- Performing advanced surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of general orthopedic surgeries.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing a comprehensive array of conditions for diverse patient needs.
- Ensuring patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care.
- Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices, robustly participating in the 1-in-7 call rotation, and upholding accurate medical documentation.
- Committing to professional growth through active engagement in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development.
- Contributing to a collegial work environment and upholding the mission and values of CommonSpirit Memorial.

Job Requirements
Required
- MD / DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical licenses in Tennessee and Georgia
- AHA BLS
Preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered
