Responsibilities- Lead your practice with a collaborative morning team huddle to create alignment and set the team up for success.
- Provide exceptional orthodontic care while practicing at the top of your license.
- Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families through clear communication and exceptional care.
- Partner with your team to create an efficient, positive patient experience.
- Empower and delegate to team members so you can stay focused on clinical care.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from an accredited program.
- Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.
