Job Description: - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Shift: Tuesday-Thursday 9am-7pm Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-12pm
Location: 1919 State Rte 50 Suite 103 Clermont, FL 34711 will travel as needed to West region clinic
The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour. - Determines physical therapy diagnosis and establishes a plan of care, making recommendations for referral if treatment is needed outside the scope of physical therapist practice.
- Designs and implements treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.
- Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills and evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
- Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards. Participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
- Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
- Monitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
