Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Execution Analyst to support a large-scale Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiative for our customer. In this role, you will partner directly with the Transformation OCM Lead to operationalize and execute comprehensive change strategies across a complex organization consisting of thousands of civilians and contractors. While cross functional process engineering teams focus on the technical reengineering of legacy workflows into optimized "to-be" processes, you will serve as the primary facilitator for workforce readiness. You will be instrumental in translating strategic change plans into actionable communications, training programs, and Azure DevOps (ADO) tracked adoption metrics that ensure the BPR efforts are successfully integrated across all enterprise directorates. To be successful, you will need exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, possess a proactive approach to building trust and drive adoption across a mixed workforce (civilian, military, and contractor). Responsibilities • Operationalize the strategic OCM vision by authoring, coordinating, and distributing targeted communications, transition materials, and engagement campaigns tailored to diverse civilian and contractor audiences. • Manage the logistical execution for the rollout of newly engineered processes. Develop instructional materials, construct executive-level presentation decks, coordinate training sessions, and oversee enterprise-wide attendance and compliance tracking. • Design, distribute, and analyze readiness surveys and establish continuous feedback mechanisms. • Leverage ADO to store, track, and status OCM efforts, maintaining progress dashboards to provide the Business Transformation Office (BXO) with actionable data regarding adoption trends and potential areas of resistance. • Actively engage with personnel across various directorates to identify key influencers, assess operational friction points, and provide grounded feedback to leadership to iteratively refine the change strategy. • Interface collaboratively with process engineering teams to translate complex, newly developed process maps into accessible instructions, job aids, and standard operating procedures for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Required • BS or BA degree • 5 of years of experience, 2 involving related to OCM (planning or executing) • Strong background in Project Management, Management Consulting, or Organizational Change Management. • Proven experience executing communications, training logistics, and stakeholder engagement within a large-scale enterprise environment. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex process workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly guidance • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
