Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston MA, 3-5 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the design and execution of company's Order to Cash technology roadmap, translating business needs into innovative solutions.
  • Harmonize CPQ integration with NetSuite, ensuring seamless scalability and enterprise capability delivery.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the O2C systems landscape to future-proof the organization.
  • Uphold the highest standards of code quality through rigorous testing and development practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of IT General Controls and audit readiness procedures, collaborating closely with Internal Audit and Security teams.
  • Lead the company's AI-driven transformation initiatives within Finance, identifying impactful use cases and embedding automation into core workflows.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise or business systems, with at least 4 years dedicated to order-to-cash functions within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in ERP and finance architecture, specifically with platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, Avalara, or Zuora.
  • Deep understanding of practical SOX ITGC protocols, with a proven track record collaborating with Internal and External Auditors.
  • Strong background in international growth, enterprise scaling, and system features that support upmarket movement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead system transformations, integrations, and automation projects that streamline finance workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
