We’re seeking a high-caliber Oral Surgeon  who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy—so you can focus on surgery, not the day-to-day management of a practice

Schedule (days/hours)Friday 8-5 Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. 
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school 
• Active state dental license (or in process of obtaining.) 
• Oral Surgery Specialty Certificate
• Active DEA license (or in the process of obtaining.)

Compensation1,800 - 2,000 /Day About
