The Opportunity

As an Oracle Utilities - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Within our Oracle practice, you will assist clients in implementing Oracle offerings to address business challenges and drive success across finance, operations, human capital, customer relations, and governance, risk, and compliance. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex business issues, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will be instrumental in building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Implementing Oracle solutions to support clients' digital transformation goals across finance, operations, and customer service
- Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Lead to Revenue offerings
- Collaborating with clients to transition from resource-intensive models to subscription-based business models
- Utilizing Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to enhance client engagement and billing processes
- Managing accounts receivable and collections using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
- Leveraging Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to streamline sales and marketing operations
- Facilitating the integration of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) for improved customer data management
- Reviewing and validating the quality and accuracy of deliverables within client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members and providing coaching to enhance their problem-solving skills
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M)

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
