The Opportunity

As an Oracle Utilities Manager, you will lead efforts to optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications and tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organization.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M)

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
