We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of Payroll/HCM consulting experience and a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, payroll processing, labor costing, taxation, compliance, and integrations with Oracle HCM and Financials. Experience supporting EPC, construction, utilities, energy, or infrastructure organizations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support projects, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll components, including Payroll Definitions, Payroll Elements, Earnings & Deductions, Payroll Balances, Payment Methods, Payroll Costing, Payroll Accounting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Flows.
Manage payroll processing, payroll validation, retro-pay, adjustments, payroll taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll accounting.
Integrate Oracle Fusion Payroll with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Oracle Financials, PPM, and General Ledger to ensure accurate labor costing and financial reporting.
Support payroll data conversion using HDL/HSDL, develop HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and assist with Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Project Accounting teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions, provide end-user training, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Required Skills:
7+ years of Payroll/HCM consulting experience with 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll, Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll Costing, Payroll Accounting, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor costing, taxation, compliance, payroll accounting, and multi-state payroll operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification.
Experience in EPC, Construction, Engineering, Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure industries.
Experience supporting project-based workforces, union/non-union payroll, field employees, and large enterprise payroll environments.
