Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Core Profile Specialist to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Architecting the foundational structural elements of the Oracle Fusion HCM global enterprise tenant.
  • Formulating the overarching design of the enterprise organizational structure, including complex job architectures and dynamic worker profile definitions.
  • Managing highly sensitive configurations related to global assignments, identity management integrations, and full employment lifecycle events.
  • Ensuring personnel and workforce data structures conform strictly to global data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Designing and maintaining high-quality interoperability with critical downstream systems, including automated payroll engines, Active Directory/LDAP, and physical building security platforms.
  • Collaborating with security, enterprise architecture, and HR business units to maintain an immutable single source of truth for employee records.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience specializing in enterprise HCM systems architecture and design.
  • Expert-level configuration mastery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR, Profile Management, and Enterprise Structures.
  • Demonstrated experience designing high-interoperability data flows connecting HCM Core to Active Directory, automated payroll engines, and building security/badge systems.
  • Proven track record managing complex global assignment configurations and sensitive lifecycle workflows.
  • Solid functional knowledge of global privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) within enterprise workforce data structures.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional credential.
  • Experience operating within a standard Government Contracting or Federal compliance environment.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to present highly abstract architectural designs clearly to both C-level executives and technical developers.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be US citizen with ability to obtain a Top Secret with polygraph security clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $148,200.00-$263,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
