Job Overview

We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Functional Lead with deep expertise in Financials and Procurement. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions that support our project-centric operations, ensuring seamless integration across finance and procurement processes. Candidates must demonstrate experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions aligned with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Support procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
  • Provide functional expertise for month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Document functional designs, configurations, and process flows.

Job Requirements

Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement.
  • Proven track record of delivering several full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Procurement.
  • Deep understanding of procure-to-pay and financial close processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel up to one week per month as required.

Preferred
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Financials or Procurement.
  • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
  • Exposure to integrations with external procurement or financial systems.
