Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle FCCS Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle's Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role is critical in helping organizations streamline their financial close processes, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting.

Note: This is a pipeline role, so our timing will be fluid

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable FCCS configurations.
  • Manage metadata, business rules, consolidation logic, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and journal entries.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using FCCS and Smart View.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and FCCS best practices.

  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle FCCS Cloud certification.
  • Experience in global or multi-entity consolidation environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management.
