Oracle Database AdministratorMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Maintain Reporting Instance (RI) Database
- Mastery of writing complex queries, subqueries, joins, advanced PL/SQL development including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and custom type definitions.
- Mastery of Unix knowledge and ability to modify and create Unix scripts.
- Participate in Oracle Cloud migrations and mitigate issues identified.
- Work with members of the software development team to coordinate Reporting Instance (RI) Database changes.
- Maintain RI related dependencies and daily Refresh processes.
- Prevent database bottlenecks and ensures rapid response times for mission-critical enterprise applications.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience with developing and maintaining applications using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle database objects, such as procedures, functions, triggers and packages.
- Experience in UNIX
- Must have COMPTIA Sec+
Preferred Qualifications:- Strong understanding and knowledge of Air Force Human Resource process
- Understanding of EBS HCM functionality
- Strong understanding of Oracle and Unix Programming
Clearance & Security Requirements- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance suitability
Physical Requirements:- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $94,800.00-$157,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
