  • Create and maintain technical documentation; develop and execute unit tests; and ensure compliance with coding standards, source control procedures, enterprise processes, and change management requirements.

  • Perform release activities across multiple servers while ensuring compliance with enterprise release management, change control, security, and governance processes.

  • Provide ongoing production support for Oracle CPQ and integrations by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring system stability, reliability, availability, and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, collaboration, and a team-first mindset to achieve delivery objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM-related degree.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ Enterprise solution development, CPQ Site management, Admin (Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Document Engine, Data Tables, BML, BMQL, JET UI, REST API Services) experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise programming (Python, Java, .Net, C#)

  • 3+ years with release management and change management experience.

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive outcomes, including responding to production related outages and issues.

  • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.

  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with the various levels of management.

  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependence.

  • Proven record of delivering within deadlines.

  • Initiative-taking and proactive.

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organization skills.

  • Must be a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated Web & Front-End development (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and CSS) experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Web services (SOAP and REST), BML, Apache ASP, and custom API development experience.

  • 3+ years of Oracle Database (SQL, procedures, functions, triggers) and Data conversion/Data ETL experience.

  • Production support, incident/issue troubleshooting, and resolution experience.

  • Experience with performance tuning and scalable architecture design.

  • Good Knowledge and Experience in Manufacturing Domain
