OR Service Line Specialty Lead

Job Summary and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinating daily operations of the specialty responsible for leading. Work closely with staff members to ensure knowledge and performance expectations, as well as taking the lead on performance improvement initiatives.

In addition to OR CST:
• Must have a minimum of two years of surgical experience in specialty responsible for leading.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills including Meditech experience.
• Desire to assist patients and care team to achieve quality outcomes.
• CNOR, if applicable.
• Current BLS upon hire

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (RN) Registered Nurse, or (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant
  • Masters Degree, or Certificate, or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
