Hourly Pay: $34 - $48 (DOE; max rate at 18+ years)
Shift Differentials: +$4/hr Nights & Weekends

A leading hospital in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a high-acuity, multi-specialty surgical services department. OR RNs provide comprehensive perioperative care in a fast-paced environment supported by advanced technology, predictable posted scheduling, and a collaborative surgical team.

  • Perform preoperative assessments and provide patient/family education.

  • Circulate and/or scrub into surgical procedures, supporting instrumentation, sterile field management, and workflow coordination.
  • Respond promptly to patient emergencies using strong critical-thinking and clinical skills.
  • Deliver high-quality intraoperative nursing care using evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor and document patient condition, interventions, and outcomes throughout the perioperative period.
  • Provide postoperative instructions and support safe transitions of care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and perioperative leadership to ensure safe, efficient surgical experiences.
