- Practice Optometry in accordance with clinical guidelines set forth by the American Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry
- Establish a positive and professional Doctor/Patient relationship and provide highest level of quality care as it relates to overall general/ocular health
- Supports field leadership, GM, and all associates to provide seamless patient/customer journey and deliver organizations financial and performance goals
- Uncover patient visual and eye health needs and prescribe solutions and/or referrals to meet and exceed those needs
- Always on top of the latest tech and trends in optical to provide a "best in class" patient experience
Qualifications:- Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an Accredited School of Optometry
- State Licensed or will be licensed to practice optometry (New Graduates) in the state in which you will be practicing.
