What You'll Actually Be Doing:- Providing comprehensive primary eye care for a loyal, established patient base - families, professionals, and patients who value their long-term vision health.
- Practicing alongside an experienced OD-owner and an existing associate, with full access to cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment technology.
- Developing clinical depth in specialty areas: dry eye treatment (RF + IPL), myopia control, specialty contact lenses, and advanced medical eye care.
- Enjoying a clean Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.
The Technology Is Real:We've invested in tools that let you practice at the top of your license:
- Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging.
- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).
- Corneal topography and meibography.
- Radiofrequency and IPL for dry eye treatment.
- Cloud-based EHR for efficient, modern documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:- $100,000-$120,000 base salary OR 18% of production - whichever is higher. Commensurate with experience.
