Nestled in the vibrant community of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Coley & Coley Family Eyecare stands out for its friendly, dedicated team and commitment to delivering personalized vision care through the latest technology. As the practice continues to grow, it now seeks a passionate full-time Optometrist to join its dynamic staff and help provide exceptional experiences for every patient.

What you'll do:

As a full-time optometrist, you'll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each optometrist follows a 25-slot exam template, with a reduced 22-slot exam template on Fridays, ensuring you can provide thorough, attentive, and patient-focused care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote long-term eye health through patient education, all while following an accommodative exam template that allows for an engaged and unrushed experience. You'll collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for every patient, and enjoy a competitive benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid time off, production bonuses, malpractice insurance, and a continuing education allowance.
