Eye Doctors - Elgart Gordon & Associates is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our thriving practice in beautiful Old Saybrook, Connecticut. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice full-scope optometry alongside an experienced team committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye
- Provide contact lens evaluations and fittings
- Co-manage cataract and refractive surgery patients
- Deliver exceptional, personalized patient care while building long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Eligible for Connecticut licensure
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply
