Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for leadership presentations
• Highly motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proven knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Account Management
• Solid business and financial understanding related to scope and budget management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility for Special Access Clearance
