Job Description

The Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) Aftermarket organization supports the MAS and GIS business areas by managing and facilitating repairs for military flight-control hardware used both domestically and internationally. We are seeking a highly driven Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our team and support our most critical and high-visibility programs.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program teams to help expedite and resolve complex repair challenges. You will be responsible for building creative, actionable repair plans and then driving execution, communication, and delivery of those plans to ensure customer commitments are met.

  • Serve as the primary operations point of contact for our largest and most critical aftermarket programs.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute strategic repair plans to accelerate return-to-service timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and keep repair activities on track.
  • Lead coordination across internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and constraints.
  • Present repair status, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership and customers.
  • Quickly become a subject matter contributor who makes an immediate positive impact on program performance.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • 4 year degree preferably in engineering or a related field
  • Experience working in an aftermarket/repairs environment
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing
