Full Job Description
The Role

The Operations Technician III coordinates LTGSI fleet vehicles, tools, test equipment, federal capital purchases, and Public Sector SOC software renewals. This role supports compliant asset management, maintenance, purchasing, and operational continuity.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary contact for LTGSI fleet vehicles, tools, and test equipment.
    • Issue, receive, track, repair, calibrate, and return vehicles, tools, and test equipment in accordance with policy.
    • Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, licensing, vehicle assignments, pooled vehicle use, retirements, salvage, and new vehicle orders.
    • Verify driver training and refresher requirements.
    • Support Engineering with equipment and tool shipments as needed.
    • Submit approved capital requests, quotes, and justifications through the capital system and SAP portal.
    • Track and submit Public Sector SOC software maintenance renewals.
    • Train the Fleet counterpart to support process continuity.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$81,206 - $108,273 in these states: VA
