What You'll Be Doing

As an Operations Leader, you are the engine of our daily operations. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated production team, managing performance and creating a work environment that fosters morale and motivation.
  • Drive daily excellence by owning your department's performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, ensuring your team meets its commitments.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading root cause problem-solving activities and empowering your team to eliminate waste.
  • Ensure operational stability by creating, training, and auditing standard work, making sure processes are followed safely and efficiently.
  • Serve as the key communication link between your team, other shifts, and support departments to ensure smooth and collaborative operations.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

The range for this position is $77,000 to $92,000.
