Job Description:As an Operations Support Specialist at Parsons, you will be part of a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Join a diverse group of approximately 500 professionals delivering expertise across operations and technical disciplines in the Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland markets, contributing to a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and exceeding $600 million in total value. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels at coordinating daily operations and project activities in a collaborative environment that directly supports Army modernization and the warfighter.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination and execution of organizational events, meetings, and project milestones.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and contribute to special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's level degree and 3 years professional experience in operations support.
- TS/SCI is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
