Operations SpecialistThe Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution of Corporate Operations projects. Takes on special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities - Effectively test, greenlight and configure the software managed by the Operations Team and other tools and systems to automate and streamline workflows and processes
- Ensure creation of reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from operational activities
- Utilize Company tools (Wrike, Jira, BaseCamp, Outlook, etc.) to manage and log related tasks in a timely manner
- Document, review and revise internal operational procedures as needed
- Responsible for project coordination
- Other projects as assigned
Other RequirementsMay be required to attend and participate in professional development activities, customer other industry-related events both in and outside the company.
Qualifications - Associate degree in Management, Business or a related field
- 2+ years D365 ERP/CRM integration experience required
- 2+ years operational support experience
- 2+ years demonstrated experience writing, analyzing and editing documentation of business processes
- Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Knowledge and experience with Wrike or other project management tool
- NetSuite, Shopify and HubSpot experience preferred
- Project management experience a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen

. The pay range for this position is between $78,000 - $83,000 per year and most new hires start at $78,000. Your salary will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
