Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant field supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities for managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed.
• Experience with large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes a plus.
• Understanding of safety programs and compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate material deliveries and installations for efficient workflow.
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution between trades to maintain progress.
• Monitor workforce production and ensure compliance with Holder standards.
• Collaborate with project management to address issues and achieve project goals.
• Promote a zero-accident safety culture and enforce safety compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team training initiatives.
