What you will do

As a Subject Matter Functional Expert in Operation Program Management, you will serve as the central authority on BSNA branch operations, ensuring optimal utilization of Oracle IBS tools and processes. Your role will involve supporting, monitoring, and coaching branch operations to align with organizational objectives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for technical improvements that contribute to achieving both customer and company goals.

How you will do it
Leadership
  • Lead initiatives driving consistency in Oracle IBS tool functionality.
  • Act as a liaison between BSNA business units and various teams to ensure cohesive execution of company goals.
  • Champion change management initiatives to implement new processes effectively under general supervision.
  • Ensure excellence using the Business Operation System (BOS) guidelines and metrics.
Program Management General Support
  • Develop and provide training materials for operations-related topics.
  • Analyze and enhance workflows, procedures, and best practices to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Create and manage ITSR/JIRA for enhancements, working with IT for functional design approvals and UAT testing.
  • Communicate and host regular meetings for operational updates and issue resolution.
  • Compose professional communications and manage content for internal support platforms.
  • Offer expertise to BSNA tools, processes, and procedures, providing field support as necessary.
  • Provide financial, tool, and process support to BSNA Field Leadership.
Technical Expertise
  • Leverage experience with Oracle-based tools to conduct project-based business activities.
  • Understand and evaluate complex systems to ensure smooth technical operations.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, quickly learning new systems and processes.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $82,000-$134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
