Your Impact: As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure service, productivity, and quality goals are achieved.
- Manage, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and associates while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, labor utilization, and customer service levels, implementing proactive solutions to improve efficiency and drive results.
- Partner with customers, warehouse leadership, and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, support business growth, and maintain strong service performance.
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing strategies, and labor management to optimize productivity while controlling operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, employee engagement, and overall warehouse performance.
What You Bring to the Table: - 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience, including at least 2 years in a management role leading supervisors and frontline teams.
- Experience managing warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory control, productivity, and customer service performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data-driven decision-making.
- Financial acumen with experience managing labor costs, productivity metrics, and operational budgets.
- Flexibility to support business needs, including varying schedules, peak operational periods, and critical customer situations as required.
