What You'll Do:

  • Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
  • Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
  • Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
  • Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
  • Provide customer service for internal and external customers
  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
  • Agricultural based degree desired
  • Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)


Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Ridgway location, is between $59,200 - $109,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
